Our biggest contribution to a sustainable future is to help our clients become more sustainable. 2050 Consulting is a company driven by our ambitions to reduce emissions and stop climate change. We strive to help business contribute to a society where the global temperature increase is stopped and where all dimensions of sustainability are included.

We are also committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and ethical environment. Our Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards that guide our actions and decisions. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere for everyone.

Our Sustainability Report

As part of our ambition to lead by example, we actively work with and report transparently on our most material sustainability topics.

Our report is based on the VSME standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs) and includes both the Basic and Comprehensive Modules. We have also drawn inspiration from ESRS and to ensure relevance, we have conducted a double materiality assessment covering our entire value chain.

We believe in openness and accountability. By sharing our impacts, risks, and opportunities, we aim to inspire more companies to do the same. Understanding these effects is essential for setting targets and making informed decisions for the future.

At 2050 Consulting, our mission is to reduce emissions and combat climate change. We aim to empower the business community to contribute to a society where global temperature rise is halted. By supporting numerous companies, we enhance their environmental efforts and inspire others to follow suit. This commitment means we hold ourselves to the highest environmental standards.

We continually challenge ourselves and others to elevate sustainability practices. We prioritize domestic train travel, avoid fossil fuels within the Nordics, and opt for video conferences or webinars whenever possible. Our policies include vegetarian representation and green pensions. We avoid giveaways and prefer to repurpose existing office furniture, kitchen materials, and more, recognizing the abundance of resources already available.

With our own climate report, we want to clearly report our own emissions and inspire others to do the same.

At 2050 Consulting, we are committed to transparently reporting our emissions and inspiring others to do the same. We believe that all companies benefit from openly disclosing their climate impact throughout the value chain. Calculating your company’s climate impact is crucial for setting and tracking concrete goals, enabling informed actions and priorities for the future.

We help our clients identify their emissions, advocate for ambitious targets, and develop realistic plans to achieve them. Our approach ensures that these efforts deliver tangible business benefits and lasting impact.

We are also dedicated to reducing our own climate footprint. Our occupational pensions have been reviewed, resulting in 99% of our staff’s total pension capital being invested in sustainable funds.
